Offering an unrivalled timetable, we challenge you not to find your perfect gym class, at a time that suits you. Led by our highly trained team of fitness professionals, each gym class has been carefully designed to maximise your workout in a safe and fun environment. 

From high intensity classes, bootcamp and LA Boxing®, to conditioning yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Gi Gong, to group cycle classes and a wide variety of dance classes from Zumba® and Salsa to belly dancing and ballet. We have a fitness class to suit every age, ability and interest.
